Cost Estimating & Consulting

PCI has performed all cost estimating for our project and construction management projects.   In addition, we have provided these specialized services on a consulting basis to Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors that did not have the in-house capabilities to perform these services.

Over the past 39 years we have accumulated a vast cost database from a multitude of project types.  We continuously update this database to reflect local market conditions and changes for both new construction and renovation work.  This database has proven to be highly effective in forecasting hidden costs that are inherent in the renovation process.
